The Midwinter Book Sale is the little sister of the library’s regionally known Summer Book Sale; it’s smaller but more intimate, with many treasures and bargains to be found in the library’s historic auditorium.

Get into the writing habit with this weekly write-in hosted by Pequot Library and local author Gabi Coatsworth over Zoom.

Join us in the Children’s Library for a story or two, and then pick out books to take home.

Pequot Library has introduced a series of beginner-level Mahjong classes with certified instructor Kim Meier. 

Tracking your family history? Whether you are a beginner or an advanced researcher, genealogists Bill Stansfield, Beth Northrop, and Bob Grilley can help point you in the right direction.

Infants and their caregivers are welcome to come and play. Engage your little one with 20 minutes of stories, rhymes, and songs and 25 minutes of free play and socializing.

This group of experienced knitters meets most Thurs. mornings between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Email Marjorie at mfpickerstein@gmail.com to be included, and she’ll communicate any changes to the schedule.

Calling all heroes and storytellers! Step into a world of magic, mystery, and epic quests in Pequot Library’s winter Dungeons & Dragons campaign.

Henry Adams, fourth-generation descendant of John and Abigail Adams, will explore the rise of his family dynasty established by the second American president.

Great Lawn Astronomy returns this fall! When the nights get longer we will bring the telescope back out for views of Saturn, Jupiter, the moon, and more! This program will meet weekly for stargazing if the skies are clear.
